Now mix carrots, pineapples and raisins and stir well. Take muffin cups and fill three-fourth of them with the batter prepared. Bake the muffin cups for 30-40 minutes and cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Fresh lentil soup

The ingredients are onions, salt, safflower oil, white wine, carrots, lentils, vegetable broth, water, carrot, dried thyme and marjoram.

Saute onions with salt and oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Now add wine, carrots, thyme and marjoram and cook with stirring for 10 minutes. Add lentils, cook for another 2 minutes, cover and then leave until the lentils are soft. Before serving, add soy sauce for taste. It can be garnished with grated carrots and finely chopped onions.
